This will be my second blog. My first blog was all about the repositioning cruise on the Star Flyer from Papeete to Monaco. A 77 day trip, which was truly amazing. The name of this blog is: http://pralientje.blogspot.com/.
Since I had such a wonderful time, and since it took me quite a while to get adjusted to normal life again, I decided to book another trip. This one will be again on the Flyer. I will be leaving for Nice on October 2nd, 2010, then onwards to Cannes, where I will board the ship the same day.
The itinerary is:
Cannes, France (2/10), at sea (3/10), Mahon, Menorca (4/10), Pollenca, Mallorca (5/10), Formentera (6/10), Cartagena, Spain (7/10), at sea (8/10), Malaga (9/10), Tangier, Marocco (10/10), Cadiz, Spain (11/10), at sea (12/10 and 13/10), Funchal, Madeira (14/10), at sea (15/10), Las Palmas, Canary Islands (16/10), Santa Cruz de Tenerife (17/10) at sea (18/10 till 30/10) Barbados (31/10).
The same day I will fly home, Barbados through London and then onwards to Amsterdam, where I should arrive on November 1st.
I must admit I feel quite lucky to be on the ship for 107 days in just one year! And this will probably happen just once in a lifetime!
So, only ONE week to go! Can't wait.
